Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items (outlet) and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There is a 10% steaming and restocking fee.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at heybabe@homewithray.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with a charge of $8, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our scarves are printed on natural fibers, and as such there are naturally occurring imperfections in the material. There is a 5% expected tolerance for these sorts of irregularities. We will not refund an item for a naturally occurring imperfection that results in flaws such as a small textural change, minor printing color difference, or a thread in the hand rolled edges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item that you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and advise if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
